Question:

Whats wrong with my cd player/subs?

I just bought a new cd and put it in my cd player. it worked fine and everything was normal but when i turned on my subs and the beat hit hard the cd would skip. im thinking bad rca's. anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? thanks.

  1. its the cd player....it desnt have anti-skip....so every time the car rattles hard...the cd skips


  2. its the bass shaking it and making it skip

  3. you need a higher quality radio, the anti-skip on it is not up to the task

    you could get another radio that accepts removable memory (flash drives or SD cards) or get the adapter that would let you hook up a MP3 player to it

  4. ive had this problem before...alls i did was get a ipod and put all my songs on that and it wont skip at all.....my pioneer stereo has hookups for a ipod though...then u dont have to worry about skipping or changing cds...lot easier and smarter
