Whats wrong with my fruit trees?

the bark is cracking on some branches and on some trees only half springed this year with half of the tree looking dead. How do I get them bigger should I give them vitamins I got peaches pear plump nectarines

Can't tell from your description.  Take some good photos and samples to your local extension service office or to the best nurseries around (preferably one with a "certified nurseryman" (who may well be a woman!)

Vitamins are not helpful to plants.
