Whats wrong with my hair??

Question

i have light light brown / blonde hair and recentley permed it (around last month). i dont like the colour so ive tried dying it twice but i get absolutely no result. is this due to me perming it? and i follow the instructions so its nothing to do with the way i died it.

if you are trying to lighten the color using color it wont work. perm has nothing to do with it

well i would go get it done at the salon but that costs $$$$

maybe try a different color also use like the shampoos that bring out your color
