Whats wrong with my home telephone?

I wanna make a call but before i fisnsh dialing the number it says the number is uncomplete hang up and dial again.i do not even finsh dialing! i went to frontier i love 10940 and it does not give me information!

please help!

this is unusual. try dialing 1167 (11=*). try a different phone. contact the phone company. I work for verizon landline repair and ive never dispatched a tech on a prob like this

well before you press talk dial the number.

then press talk.

Call the phoen company, there is a block on your line.
