Whats wrong with my jaw/ear?

when i blow my left cheek up hard i can feel and hear little crackling noises under my ear by my jaw bone. what is this?

Could be a perferated ear drum.

I don't know but I think it's normal

When you raise the pressure in your mouth, part of it goes up a tube in your head that runs from the mouth to the ear.  It's not a good idea to do this, since you can force bacteria back up it into the ear.
