Whats wrong with my magic jack ?

Ok well i had a magic jack for about almost 1 month now but its not working idk why when someone calls me the number is not in service and i cant call people and on my softtone on my screen says internet needs to be hooked up or something error 400 i talked to a person from magic jack and it was a pain to try to tell them whats wrong so do you know whats wrong with my magic jack

    it must be your faulty ISP.....or you!!!

    try using a different USB port......uninstall it and installed it again!

    and don't use any of yahoos music boxes!
