Whats wrong with my mom?

Ya every night usually about 4 times a week my mom takes her sleeping pill, she then stays up late? Asking me weird questions ,annoying me, and eating a ton. Why?

It sounds like depression.

Some sleeping medicine causes the user to have a "tripping" effect when said person stays awake instead of going to bed. I know some kids who have done this (intentionally, of course). People also act really weird when tripping, and the sleeping pills cause hallucinations.

you have to bring her to a psychologist or something. likely, she's going through depression.
