Ive found my mouse when i came back from work to be sitting in the corner of her cage really still and looks like shes struggling to breath of something. Her sides are going in and out really deeply and quite fast. When she walks which is rare its very slow like its all a struggle. I cant take her to the vet just get as my car is in for service till tomorrow evening. Shes about a year a few months old.

Any suggestions? Is she likely to die? :( Also if its really bad how much do they charge for her to be put down? I have never had to goto the vets before with any animal.

Thank you

  5. The best thing to do would be to go to a mouse

and see if they have a chart on symptoms and resolutions

  6. Chances are you first got her when she was about a year old & they only last up to three years.
