Whats wrong with my ollies?

i haven't been skateboarding for a while now because i did not find any time during the day to skateboard and i have noticed that i lost allot of skill and i cant kick-flip right and ollie always when i ollie i put my back foot on the tail and my front foot flat 1-3 inches behind the bolts and always when i pop and slide and i am in the air and when i land i always end up in a ollie nosemanuel and than i have to step off my board i have a world industries board whats wrong with meeee???? can u gimme any sites also that could really help me with my skateboarding and also i need help with my 180s when i do my 180s i set up my foot like an ollie when i am going to land both of my foot get off of the edge of the board and it ends up flipping help plssss

  1. for your ollie make sure you are slideing your foot up as much as u can and make sure you dont lean backi think that is why you are landing in a nosemanuel good luck


  2. you need to practice.  If I told my friends i had to go because I needed to watch a skate instruction video, i would get beat down verbally
