Whats wrong with my skin :(?

Question

On my nose there is a very, very light triangle/diamond-ish shape on my nose. It wasnt very noticeable about 2 weeks ago, but now its VERY noticeable. Everyday at school atleast oe person asks what it is. What do you think is wrong with me :(

It doesn't seem as bad in this picture, but it's very light compared to the rest of my skin.
