Whats wrong with my stomach?

Ive been having waves of cramps especially during the night. Also my stools have been less frequent, very small, and very dark in color.

u  could have constipation. the best thing i have found for that is drinking mineral oil. its a clear liquid in a clear bottle. can find it at walmart or any pharmacy or walgreens. its not expensive. and it works have cup. it doesnt taste to bad

Traces of blood can cause dark stools. I would see a doctor. So many problems can cause abdominal cramps and bowel changes. This includes minor conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome or constipation. But there's also the risk of a more serious problem such as stomach ulcers, Crohn's disease, etc.
