  1. sounds like your flush handle is loose, you should be able to take the lid of the tank and tighten up the flush. then your flush will be like new!

  2. your toilet is clogged. or its broke. lol.

  3. You have to get new 'guts' in the tank.  It is easy to install and pretty cheap.

  4. There's a thin bit of plastic film inside the flushing mechanism that acts as a valve. I forget what it's called! These get damaged with time and become ineffective. They're only a few pence each but you need to get inside the mechanism to replace them. It may be easier to replace the whole mechanism.

The symptom is exactly what you describe: you have to pump and pump furiously, then eventually it flushes like normal.

  5. bahahahaha sounds cool but theres something wrong with it take the lid off it and have a look

  6. sounds like the chain is too long/stretched.. many are plastic these days... check inside the tank and see if something hasnt slipped... the chain should just be tight to the lift mechanism when the ball valve is closed...

  7. The auto syphon is leaking, it is the plastic do dah inside the tank, easy enough to renew and cheap.

  8. Lift the lid on your tank and look at the connection from the handle down to the flapper valve. Either something has broken or the chain has too much slack to properly lift the flapper valve.

  9. You have a worn syphon. The diagphram inside has a split in it. Replace the whole syphon    to fix the problem.

  10. Remove the syphon and replace the diaphram, make your own diaphram with a suitable plastic, preferably something as flexible as the old one, using old one as template.

  11. The syphon needs replaced.

  12. the diaphragm inside your syphon has a hole  in it i have fixed these in the past by using some thick polythene sheet but you can buy them for a few pence or if you prefered you could change the whole syphon which would cost around £10 12 its very easy to do and either job should take around 20 minutes to complete
