  1. My dear Amy...

Sorry, but I do not know, what the abbreviation : dhr means, but I assume, it's some type of..."social-services-agency" ? Most likely so... but...may I honestly tell you, what I truly think?? When I hear, that "parents" both do NOT..."work"...and their child is in daycare...-ALL DAY-...well...obviously..they do NOT want to be..."bothered" with their child, sad as it may sound, but that's what it seems to me !!! I don't understand such a behavior either, Amy, but that's what it "looks" like to me !! Real sad for the 3 yrs.-old child to have such undedicated parents !!!

Still wish you all the best for the future! Greetings from Germany with all my love & care... Annette***

  2. That is sad, poor baby girl...but I think of it this way...if they can't handle her it's better for her to be at daycare most of the time rather than her being neglected at home w/them. I hope the best for your friend's daughter...

  3. well i think it might have somthing to do with how much they make at their jobs, find out what they do for a living, or just ask them how dhr pays for their childs daycare.

  4. Are the parents in school?

  5. there buzy so wat every one hzas thir dayz so tell them to take a week off to spand it with thir child

  6. that just sickins me. i think you need to turn the parents in. to me that is negelect. they have no care or sympathy for that child.

  7. There are many government sponsored programs, or perhaps their family is covering the cost.

They need daycare to look for work.

  8. nothing!

the state maybe pays for daycare.

they don't want to be bothered with the child.

    they need some alone time

    they are psyco

  9. Please do not judge unless you are in that situation.  There could be many reasons.  Perhaps the child needs socialization.  Perhaps the parents are looking for work or working from home.

  10. They probably put on the application that they are in school and no one followed up.

  11. Assuming dhs is some sort of Social Services agency they could have an open CPS or Preventive case and are getting day care to keep the child out of the house. or they might have proves a disability. in any case, it sounds like the child is better off.
