  1. first u put the dvd in and then just click on default play .. or auto play or play it by wmp. then if it doesn't work u might have downloaded wrong codecs search for another one and don't forget to install it ... actually vlc is good one u r just under rating it.. due to its ugly look..

  2. Let me guess.. have you got a new pc?

I decided to post a new article on www.ageniusblog.com about this

    Answer:

    Go to http://ageniusblog.com/2008/08/cant-play...

and It will tell you everything

  3. Windows media player right, you should be using WMP 11,not any older version i supposed.Otherwise

No choice but a third party program, realplayer is not good enough.Go for kmplayer

    http://kmplayer.en.softonic.com

  4. Either:

    1) Your DVD is region locked

    2) Your Media Player is corrupted

    3) The DVD itself is damaged/corrupted

    4) The codecs are not compatible/Wrong codecs

    5) CD/DVD drive damaged or has wrong software operating it.

    6) Is a Copied/Pirate DVD (Although they usually do work)

    7) Real Player is also corrupt (Not likely)

From all these possibilites, I think that your DVD is either damaged or corrupt, as Windows Media Player can't play it, nor can Real Player. I would suggest borrowing a copy of the DVD as seeing if that works, or try the DVD on another computer.

    Hope my advice helps
