  1. That fella up above me with that answer of his is really no help is he?.. I didn't ask for the top contibutor thing.. they just give it to you.. It is an ugly orange color.. and I could really do without it.. but they won't take it off my id.. I have asked.. several times...

Have you been deleted from them because of violations? If not ..then you will need to send a bug report to yahoo about your problems.

The reason you are having so many problems with your 360 account is ..

We are losing our Yahoo 360 accounts very soon according to the Yahoo product blog you can access by going to this link:

    http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360

There are many problems that will not be fixed by Yahoo on the 360, and they are getting worse each passing day.

I urge you to go to the product blog and read the information for the last three postings by yahoo about all of the changes that are coming to us soon.

  2. Don't worry you will never get answer to this question I had been asking for the past two months and if at all you get a answer it  would have been answered by a top contributor who would tell you you would not have clicked on some tab or would request you to prey god to bless with it mind it .

You will not get more than one answer I know and it is my bad exprience.

  3. FIRST, consider all the possibilities listed below.

    - Check your firewalls & other security settings to make sure they aren't blocking the page.

    - If you've had any change in your ISP service (like Verizon, Comcast, Yahoo! AT&T DSL) that provided the Yahoo account that your 360 space was connected to, then the change can cause you to lose access. When creating 360 accounts, it's best to do it on a Yahoo ID that you create through the Yahoo website, otherwise service changes will affect your account.

    - If you possibly violated the Yahoo Terms of Service (http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/uto... ) or 360 guidelines (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/gui...  ), then you might have lost access.

You should be able to do the following, when you've activated your 360:

    - LOG OUT of all Yahoo services

    - Go to http://360.yahoo.com

    - Click the teeny tiny "Sign-in" link on the upper left of the page. After signing in, the page refreshes and you should click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space.

NOTE: Make sure that you are using the Yahoo ID that was used to create your 360 space. The usual methods of accessing 360 are no longer working - i.e. via the Yahoo Toolbar and Y!Messenger (with the exception of the Y!360 plug in on version 8.1).

    **************************************...

Now, if you've determined that the above possibilities don''t apply to you or don't work, then you only have five choices:

    1) Try setting up or logging into your 360 space on another computer on a different network - library, your friend's computer...whatever.

    2) Contact CUSTOMER CARE by clicking the Customer Care button at the bottom of this web page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/re... and ask them why the 360 part of your Yahoo account is inaccessible, then wait for their response. Although, this is customer service, so you may need to contact them a few times to get a response. When dealing with customer service, sometimes it's necessary to be persistent. But at least wait a week or two for after contacting them the first time.

    3) Start a new 360 space by creating a new Yahoo account. Log out of all Yahoo services. Go to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Then, once you've created a new account, go to http://360.yahoo.com and start creating your new 360 space from there. Click the BIG YELLOW "Get Started" BUTTON on the far right section of that page!

    4) Wait to see if Y!360 transitioning to another social networking platform in the second half 2008 will help your situation. Read more about that here: http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 .

    5) Give up on Yahoo! 360 and use another social networking service.

    Good luck!
