  1. a satified customer is someone who has gone into a store or retail outlet and is looking for something pecific, once the person has paid for the specific item the customer is satisfied if the quality is right, pricing is right and if the service was excellant

  2. Hmmm, I suppose this question (a good one!) could be construed as being OK for the philosophy section.  Socrates may have asked such a question.  It's kind of a Zen question, designed more to make you think than find the 'right' answer.

A customer has to deal with a Chinese menu: price, quality, service:  pick any two.

A satisfied customer would be one who, when the job was complete, still believed s/he made the proper choice.  For example, if one wants quality and service, you must pay the price.  If price is paramount, one must sacrifice some degree of quality and/or service.

  3. Would that be 'consumer' or 'customer' ?

  4. Somebody who is happy with what he got over the till for the price paid.

Wonder who feels like that nowadays. Where did the great value-for-money go!

  5. somebody that is happy with the service and product price and quality and if bought online the time it took to get there
