Somebody who doesn't hold residence in UK but still lives within The EU. I think the clue is in the question here.

some body who openly preaches hate! against my country or plots to plant bombs to further their hate fuelled cave dweller mentality. i don't give a toss what the government or! the PC merchants have to say. i will never except them as citizens of my country, or! of the EU. i simply see them as the enemy of modern civilisation that have been allowed to become an infestation on civilised society. so i think any one who wants to be a peace full and perminent  part of Britain or the EU should be classed as a resident. the rest should be booted out.
