What cleanser, toner, and mosturizer do you use?

I have not very good skin. Basically rough oily cheeks with tiny pimples and open teeny pores, an oily nose, and my forehead has a few pimples and oily.

Im currently using dove soap to wash my face and I put toothpaste on at night before I go to bed on my pimples. Buut thats about it. I want to try something new for my face-washing routine?

Reccomend any good products?

  1. i use the clinique three step process. it works really great for me.

  2. Victoria Principal has great skin care products that work really great ancan tackle all your skincare needs. IT is not expensive and they have kits as low as thirty dollars a month.

Stop putting toothpaste on your face! use good ole fashion alcohol for acne and follow with a light moisturizer. Baby wash is good and will strip makeup and oil. always follow with a moisturizer! if you over dry your skin it will only produce more oil.

  3. clinique has a great three step system that i use.

  4. I use Dove energy glow or rose bars to wash my face and moisturize once a day with olay 7x effects fragrance free. 2 times a week I exfoliate with either St. Ives gentle apricot scrub or Pond's rose quartz microdermabrasion. I'm really prone to acne, I used to have acute cystic scarring acne and this keeps my face pretty much clear. I also use bare minerals which helps my face. Dove is a lot gentler than those products that "fight" acne with salisylic acid and such things that just irritate my face and make me break out worse.

  5. NOOOOOO! Don't use Dove soap for your face!!!!!!!

I use Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser from Biore, Alcohol-Free Toner from Neutrogena, and Clean and Clear Soft Mosturizer.

  6. Don't put toothpaste on! It'll make you have scars!

I use Biore warming cream/lotion. About $13, but it's so heavenly. My skin used to be bumpy and now it's so smooth, and I tend to skip due to laziness. :X

  7. first of all. do NOT use toothpaste on your face... it drys your face out DRAMATICALLY. and in reaction you face produces TWICE as much oil!! also, dove does NOT do a very good job when it comes to cleansing your facial pores.

you should use some kind of a scrub on your face.

I use noxema facial scrub in the shower in the morning, and noxema cleansing pre-moistened towlettes. they are in a pack and you don't have to use water with them, just take one out and

clean your makeup off... it does NOT remove the necissary oils that your face needs (your face is probably only oily because you are drying it out so dramatically. i used to do the same, and now that i dont... i don't have as oily of skin)

So to clean your face a little better, start using a face wash such as noxema to cleanse your face.

And remember, the more you try to dry your face out, the more oil your face will produce!

    good luck!

  8. first I use Clean & clear oxgenating cleanse, then I use the Biore scrub, then use a Neutrogena toner n then the Ambi SPF 30 lotion.

  9. get a 3 step system of soap, toner, and mousturizer.  Clinique has good ones, and so does c.o bigelow at bath and body works.  they might cost like 30-60 dollars for a good system but i use mine twice a day and its been about a year, so its really not that much when you think about it

  10. proactive works for me :D

  11. I use Biore pore unclogging scrub. it cost me $13.99 CAD

And I used to use Clinique Toner 2 but since I ran out I just use a random Avon one I found.

and I use Clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion

    or Clinique moisture surge

Clinique products are really good :D

and the Biore pore unclogging scrub made my face very soft :D
