My husband does the cooking in our home, I don't finish work until after he does, and if he waited for me to cook once I get home, it would be bed time before he eats !

He cooks a wonderful lasagne and enchiladas to die for.

as for desserts his cream brulee is mouth wateringly smooth and creamy.

Sometime's it's not so good, but hey ho, I just tell him what I think and off he goes to try out something different.

I have a wonderful husband.

My favorite food is grilled peppers, portable mushrooms, and onions. I am not much of a dessert guy, but I love apple pie with melted sharp Cheddar cheese on top!
