  1. I refuse to answer any question that cruelly reminds me of my age :)

  2. The Vicar of Dibley....Brilliant.

  3. Ooh, loads! Metal Mickey, Rent-a-Ghost, Chocky, TJ Hooker, Knight Rider, CHiPs, The A Team. All gems.

  4. Network 7, The Tube, The Interceptor, Raw Power (Power Hour)  ,The Young Ones, Comic Strip Presents.

  5. The A team

  6. Not that I'd be caught dead watching any of these now:

    Married with Children

Start Trek: The Next Generation (at least I didn't dress up in uniform and go out in public giving people the Vulcan hand signal)

    A-Team (Face, man, Face.)

    Remington Steele

Moonlighting (the Taming of the Shrew episode--CLASSIC)

    Hill Street Blues

    St. Elsewhere

    The Cosby Show

    Fame ("We're Gonna Live Forever!")

  7. Married with Children (it was so stupid, you had to love it)

    Start Trek: The Next Generation

Remington Steele (Pierce Brosnan in a tux.  WHEW)

    Knight Rider

St. Elsewhere - excellent excellent excellent.  Best hospital drama ever.

SOAP (These are the Tates, and these are the Campbells.  And this is ..... SOAP)

    Designing Women

    Murphy Brown

    Fraggle Rock

    The Muppet Show

Sixty Minutes was still pretty good in the 80s, too.

I didn't watch Moonlighting all that much, but DEFINITELY agree with the Taming of the Shrew episode.

  8. The best TV I had in the 80's was a 24" Sony which had a perfect picture and colour balance as well as great sound. It lasted about 8 years, before I finally had to replace it in 1989. So that was certainly my favourite telly from the 80's ;-))

My favourite TV programme in the 80s was the same as it was in the 60s, 70, and as it is currently since 2005 - Doctor Who.

  9. Morse

  10. I think it would have to be Knots Landing.

  11. Watching & Cheers

  12. Manimal.  About a man who could transform into various animals.

  13. All of the silly cartoons ie Dogtanian, Willy Fog, Ewoks, The mysterious cities of gold, Wuzzles, Care bears, Rude Dog and the Dweebs, s****. doo and the 13 ghosts, Yogi's treasure hunt, most Hanna-barbara stuff, Kissyfur (especially those daft old gaters), Teddy Ruxpin, the dream stone, The racoons, Thundercats, He-man .etc.

Then Playschool, Play away, Going live, Saturday superstore, Magic Roundabout, Your mother wouldn't like it, Rentaghost, Grange Hill, Byker Grove and all of the similar stuff.

You know they don't make television like they used to. Bring it all back is what I say especially Saturday morning Tv for the kids and those glorious cartoons. Cartoon networks are filled with vulgar animation such as Powderpuff girls and that kind of thing, yuck!!!

Oh, mustn't forget Belle and Sebastian as well and Top of the Pops. Oh do you remember Tomorrow's world, That's life, Heart Beat, Morph and Ready, steady, go?

  14. different strokes atleast it was showing then

  15. The A Team.

I have one thing to say to anyone who doesn't love the

    A Team. 'Shurrup fool'.

    I ain't being rude, it's just a quote.:-)

  16. Only Fools & Horses - classic!!

  17. the young ones, not the nine o'clock news and blackadder

  18. Top of the Pops
