i love fajita burritos from chipotle! i always get them to wrap two tortillas around the filling! oh, so delicious!!!

Anything with Chorizo in it...also a HUGE fan of Pollo A La Diabla. It's basically chicken with a super spicy red pepper sauce. However there are slight variations to it. I've never had it identically in any two restaurants nor seen any two identical recipes.

The way I make it, I saute the diced chicken in butter/olive oil mixture, add a couple pureed chipotles and green jalapenos, then about a cup of chicken stock, reduce to about half, then mount it with a few cubes of butter (whisk butter into the sauce to make a creamy emulsion) Then I just serve it over rice!
