Of course, everyone's favorite breed is the one they currently share their life with.  So, no matter what, you and Princess have a great time together.

I like those wonderful all American mixed breeds, proudly called MUTTS.  They are wonderful.  Since you don't know what they are supposed to be, you live with them with no preconcieved expectations about their character and what they are supposed to do in life.  So, they are free to be themselves, and can become really wonderful surprises.

If I have to take a pure breed, it's a Golden Retriever, paws down!

I love just about any kind of dog... I've had a few mutts growing up,a Westie, a shepherdmix (mutt), a lab mix, and now I have a beagle we just got for my six year old son.I have loved them all... but I have to say that this beagle is the sweetest, calmest dog... I think it was the perfect breed for a kid!

Boxer. I have a one year old male named Zeke whom I love to death and I've talked my fiancee into letting me have a second boxer once we move to a larger house sometime in the near future. THey are just so playful and loving and their big brown eyes just tug at my heartstrings every time he looks at me.
