Whats your favorite baseball player that isnt on your favorite team?

Matt Holliday is one of my favorites.

Ryan Braun cause some have said i kinda look like him.

Erik Bedard too if he ever gets off the DL.

There are several players that would fall into that category.  Tom Glavine comes to mind.  Also John Smoltz.  Both are very respected throughout the major leagues.  I'd also have to put Chase Utley on my short list as well.  He's the best 2nd baseball in baseball.

imma yankee fan that has a natural hate for the redsox i only like 2 players on that team dustin pedroia because he has a big swing for a small guy another is big pappi because how can you hate that guy he is very outgoing and has one of the most noticable swings in the majors.

Jack Wilson of the Pittsburgh Pirates is one of my favorite players in all of MLB. Jack goes under the radar, and many people don't even know who I'm talking about when I say that he's one of my favorite players.

I think it would (and does) bother certain players if they go under the radar, but Jack doesn't pay it any mind. He plays the game to play the game, not to get attention. I've watched him make amazing plays and get snubbed for an ESPN web gem by other players from winning teams. Somehow, it doesn't bother him. He's all heart on the field and he leaves everything out there.

Trade rumors fly around about him all the time (and he knows them), yet he still goes out and plays with a smile. He's always been kind in interviews that I've watched and read. I have never heard a negative thing about him. He's all about charities and teamwork.

It's a treat to watch him play.

It would have to be Ichiro who plays the game the right way.  Along with his unbelievable talent you always see him run as hard as he can on every play, never argues with the umpire, never see his name in the newspapers in a negative way, and is a great teammate.  My kind of player and it would be nice to see him on the Dodgers.
