  1. I love the Odd Thomas series, but I think my favorite by him was False Memory. It's a book that definately screws with your mind. By the Light of the Moon was really good too.

  2. Watchers was unbelievable.

The Good Guy was equally unbelievable.

There's so many I've read of his, since I was 13 (I'm 31 now) ... I don't think I've ever read one of his that I could put down.

He's a genius.  I'll be very upset the day he puts the pen down, so to speak.

  3. Darlin....

A good read , is called Hideaway...totally, blows ur'e mind!! Loved that book...Have alot of his work, but I still think that 1 was the ultimate.

    Good Luck!!!

  4. The Odd Thomas series - fabulous!!!

  5. Alright missy you asked this question completely wrong.  Asking people what their favorite Dean Koontz book is (hopefully they've read more than one) is like asking a guy what his favorite sexual posiition (it's hard to decide since it all climaxes at the end.  I've thought about this and right now I'm reading "Forever Odd" I really liked Odd Thomas but it wasn't one of his more scary books.  I'd have to say "Cold Fire", "Lightning", and "Odd Thomas".

A little tidbit since a few people said The Odd Series:

The sequal to "Odd Thomas" is "Forever Odd" The book that follows that is "Brother Odd" and "Odd Hours" (new) follows that

  6. So far I have several; I can't narrow it down too much:

    -Watchers

    -Odd Thomas (whole series)

    -Fear Nothing  (Christopher Snow series-#1)

-Seize the Night  (Christopher Snow series-#2)

-From the Corner of His Eye

    -The Face

-The Darkest Evening of the Year

Honorable mentions go to The Good Guy, Lightning, Life Expectancy and One Door Away from Heaven.

  7. the Odd Thomas books (I've read the first 3, the 4th is on my shelf)

    Fear Nothing

    Seize the Night

From the Corner of His Eye

  8. Watchers....  it introduces the military base that comes into play in the later books about Christopher Snow, the kids who has the illness that does not allow him to be in any but the faintest light.  Those books are really good, too. But Watchers is my favorite, ( I  wanted to own Einstein!) and is the first book I read by Dean Koontz.

  9. I just read Odd Thomas and was interested enough to order his second one.  I don't know if I will read any of his others.

  10. Dragon Tears is my favorite.

Followed by Lightning and Life Expectancy.

Like the girls said below, cant go wrong with Door to December and Hideaway either.

    Koontz is my favorite Author.

  11. I have read  quite a bit of his work.  My favorite to this day (as it was when I was first read it by my mother when I was 4-5) is Oddkins.

  12. door to december
