FRS, its the best out there. Has less caffeine and sugar than normal energy drinks and keeps me going for HOURS and I have never crashed from it. I found a free trial here http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html.

If Im the go I'll choose red bull if not I prefer lassi or yoghurt's ice blend with mango puree esp. in tropical hot weather sipppss slooowliiiies aah couldn't be better.

Rockstar, Monster, and Red Bull are nasty. My opinion, you may have a different opinion. My favorite is Amp or something like that.

my favorite energy drink would be the rockstar juice because it has juice but also the energy supplements i want to give me that happy little pep shot for the day.. its also a slightly more healthy choice compared to normal energy drinks
