I really like Staniac lipstain.  It gives lasting color and you can put balm, clear lip gloss, etc. over it.  I'm addicted to mine!  It's also for cheeks.

it's gotta be that new one from Maybelline. I totally forgot the name, but it's in a small tube and it was designed not to stick to your hair. I'm pretty sure you would find it immediately in the store at the Maybelline part. A small tube. The texture is wonderful and so smooth, not glittery, a perfect color shine.
