i like:

- Sinigang ng Bangus (milk fish)

- Kare-Kare

- grill tilapia

- pancit malabon

- fresh lumpia (vietnam resto have this fresh lumpia too)

actually i eat all.. i'm a pure filipina, so i love to eat filipino foods a lot!! kudos to all filipinos!!

The obvious: Lumpia!!!! why? Because it's goood and you can eat it with your hands without the mess.

A dish: chicken adobo. it goes great with rice...and it's good.

a very filipino type food: fried tilapia with rice, agamang, and tomatoes!!! why? coz it's good!! what other answer is there when asking why you like a certain food?

Balut (boiled duck egg)...because it's loaded with cholesterol and freaks out foreigners  when you show them the duck's widdle beak...and you get the feathers stuck between your teeth.

btw, somebody mentioned a banana lumpia...it's called a "turon"

Adobo because it's gud with rice, and is has some spice in it! Delicouso!

For breakfast: tapsilog or champurado

For other times of the day: pancit kanton, kaldereta or fried chicken from Max's of Manila.

It may surprise some, but Adobo is not a Filipino food. It is Spanish. All of the foods that are edible in the Philippines are from other cultures. All Filipino food is pretty bad and dangerous to eat. More Filipinos die of food poisoning than any other country in the world. To understand this all you have to do is look at the way food is handled here.

sinigang with gabi. it can be sinigang na baboy,hipon bangus. as long as it comes with gabi ( pork will be the best for me)
