Dallas Cowboys.

I was born in 1968...as early as I can remember, I have followed the Cowboys.  I was too young to appreciate Roger and company...

But I fell in Love during the 80's with Danny White, Drew Pearson, Tony Dorsett...even wore #33 when I played in Jr. High

I hung with them in the late 80's as they went to the bottom of the NFL.  I recall Gary Hogeboom, Steve Pelleur and others who tried to capture Cowboys glory, only to fail.

Then a Maverick new owner Jerry Jones buying the team and bringing in Jimmy Johnson to coach and rebuild this once storied franchise.

I watched with desperate hope that we would be good right away...even went nuts with Troy Aikman completed an 80 yard pass to James Dixon in the final minutes of the Cardinal game in 1989...only to find Everson Walls getting burnt like toast and the Cowboys losing yet again.

But my loyalty paid off as they went on one of the greatest runs in NFL history in the early 90's.

I stayed with them as they went through coaches and players in the late 90's and early odds...only to find myself a fan of a team that is battling back to once again reclaim its glory atop of this storied league.

Yes, I am a Dallas Cowboys fan and I am every bit as passionate of the Dallas Cowboys as any Steeler, Packer, Raider or other team fan.  I am NOT fairweather,  I am around when the Cowboys lose and when they win.

It makes the victories all that much sweeter and this year has all the makings of one of the sweetest!!!

THE DALLAS COWBOYS!!! I agree with warequal.. as he explained why the Dallas Cowboys are his team..i began watching the Cowboys since the late 80's.. and still a True Blue Fan now and forever..to others they may not agree to what we say about our favorite team..its

only what we say in our opinion..even though the question was for a simple answer we still had to put out why we choose this team..GO COWBOYS !!!!!
