  1. for a snack try a cheddar rice cake and top it with salsa and if you want to sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. its like a mini pizza! it cant be more than 150 calories.


  2. microwaved apples lol..

    you just cut up an apple into chunks, sprinkle A TINY BIT of cinnomon over it. microwave for 30-60 seconds (watch it that it doesn't shrivle up!) and you get a mushy warm simple low cal treat.

    it's my favorite because it's easy to make.

    but i also like frozen fruit..frozen bananas, grapes, berries are all great and healthy.
