  1. At a fine dining restaurant I always love scallops.  If you don't like seafood go with a signature pasta dish. Most fine dining restaurants have incredible sauces! Wow now I am hungry. Oh and if you like wine don't be too shy to ask your server to suggest a glass that would go well with the dish you choose...even if you don't like wine you may be surprised!

  2. I normally do pasta! I need the carbs mid day for energy....I will get chicken or shrimp added. Plus a salad...........

  3. I like salads for lunch and my fav is baby greens lightly tossed with balsamic vinegarette, topped with candied pecans, a danish blue cheese wedge and grilled chicken. Ummm I think that I will have that today.

  4. glazed potato chips (the wrinkled kind).

  5. was gonna say buffalo wings, but since this is Fine Dining.. i'll have to go with Minestrone Soup with fresh graded Parmesan and a little pepper - plus garlic bread /bread stick to dip and feel me up.

I would drink an Ice tea with lemon and 1 packet of fake sugar =-)

  6. Salads or something light, don't eat big lunch

  7. Two of my favorites are Sizzling Sissig and Sizzling pusit (grilled stuffed squid) - that's in Philippines.

In Taiwan, I'd kill for Chou tofu or Tainan niou rou tung mien (Tainan style noodle soup with chopped beef).

In Europe it's always Hungarian Goulash.

For dinner you can't beat good Chateau Briand which is high priced and hard to get in US, and unknown in Southeast Asia.

  8. i love buffalo wings. they are the best .i would eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner

  9. Lunch dish (hum) Redbeans, rice , stew chicken, calaloo and macaroni pie with potato salad and provisions at the side. (caribbean dish)
