Hmmm... I'd have to say the E harmonic on a violin. It has to be the harmonic, though. The pressed-down note doesn't do it for me as much. I just think it rings really vibrantly and clearly(on my violin anyway). It's really clear and high like you'd expect from a violin, but not so high that it screeches badly.

Middle C is a classic which has never done me wrong, and I guess I'm just grateful for its existance.

But my favorite note to sing would probably be the E below middle C... it just feels so good!  (Low altos... represent, haha)

B flat is my favorite note to sing high.

My favorite note in my lower register is E. It's gorgeous
