  4. I just made a batch of home made vanilla, made from vanilla beans and it is spectacular. It gives credence to vanilla ice-cream after all these years of eating that mediocre, bland stuff you buy at the store.

  20. its got to be mint choc chip....but if anyone out there happens to be in wales and has the chance to go to swansea - make sure you make a trip to mumbles to joes ice cream and try their vanilla ice cream - it is totally out of this world
