Hot Fuzz, from the people who made Shaun of the Dead, which I love also. It has action, comedy, from beginning to end. It has all the bits from cop and action films. Great movie.

Exorcist II: The Heretic-Everything about it is great from it's brilliant musical score, to it's beautiful scenery and it's great special effects. Not to mention flawless performances from Linda Blair, James Earl Jones, Richard Burton, Louise Fletcher and an uncredited role from Dana Plato in the film's most memorable scene. The film's story is an exquisite one too. Contrary to popular belief, this is my favorite film of all time.

1.Braveheart-I love anything historical (Mel Gibson's a major bonus too!)

2.Gladiator- I really love that period in Rome's history (again,bonus,Russell Crowe)

The Notebook- it gives me hopea bout my love life, was beautifully casted and made, i love Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdam's together and the end always moves me to tears =]

Scarface with Al Pacino.

First of all, the acting is beyond comprehension, it is so good.  It's a great story of the American dream.  It shows a man with courage, heart, drive and loyalty.  And then it shows the downfall when he kills his friend, becomes too greedy, abuses drugs, etc.

The movie is long and there are perhaps a couple scenes which drag on a bit longer than they should.  But this movie just has scene after scene which is memorable.

It's mainly a movie for men though.  I never heard a woman list it in her favorites.

I like anything with vampires (i love vampires)!!!!!!

21,because gambling and counting card is awesome(although i have no idea how to) and it was funny,awesome and an over-all good story line.

A comedy-drama film directed by Billy Wilder. Starring Jack Lemmon, Shirley MacLaine, and Fred MacMurray. About a young businessman who falls in love with his boss's mistress. Funny, sad, romantic.
