Lime flavoured milkshake, with a blob if ice-cream. For some reason, this is hard to get in cafes - or that green syrup from supermarkets. It seems that strawberry, chocolate and banana are more popular. Start a campaign for "Bring back lime milkshake."!

The juice of 1/2 a lemon

Sprig of mint

Lots of ice.

Serve in a tall glass.

This is the most refreshing drink ever!  

Also, I love Ginger Beer!  It's non alcoholic and has a bite that gives you a buzz.
