  1. We liked a place down at Port Vell.  Can't remember the name, but they had excellent seafood and ice cream.  It's just to the left of the end of the big bridge with the wavy lights.

    Very specific, aren't I  :)

  2. Thats nice they have Middle eastern restaurants in Spain.

  3. El Rodizio on Consell de Cent, a brazilian buffet-type restaurant that has endless amounts of juicy meats!

Meson David on Calle Carretes which is full of great Gallego food, a favorite is the lechazo

La Paradeta on Calle Comercial, with free-for-all mariscos

Chiringuito Moncho's at Icaria is great in springtime for paella

Fratelli di la Bufala on Calle Pau Claris has excellent Italian pizzas and pastas, so does La Bella Napoli on Calle Magarit.... lots more, I love Barcelona restaurants!!

  4. I just recommended this one:

Los Caracoles", "Set portes" They are not cheap. Set portes (7 doors) is expensive but their food is really good. Cheaper ones are Madrid-Barcelona in 282 Aragon St. off Passeig de Gracia and "La Casola" in Sant Sever, 3 which is a family run restaurant with home cooked catalan food. The catalan paella is the best one to my liking in the whole Spain. And Catalan cooking is one of the best cooking in Spain.

  5. I like the Mesopotamia Restaurant in Barcelona Spain.   It serves delicious Middle Eastern foods.
