Charlotte Marie Pomeline Casiraghi, daughter  of Her Royal Highness The Princess Caroline of Hanover, Hereditary Princess of Monaco and  Stefano Casiraghi (who died in 1990).

Charlotte doesn't hold the title of Princess, it was her mother's wish when she was born, so she can live a more "normal" life .

However, she still is #4 in the line of succession to the Monegasque Throne.

In the United States as well as in the United Kingdom, a lot of people think Charlotte is a princess, not only because her mother is a princess, but also because her half sister also holds a HRH title, Princess Alexandra of Hanover.
