Whats your opinion on Joey Logano?

I think he's a cocky jerk that smiles to much, the commentators praise him as much as kyle busch and no one seems to realize that he has been in the best equipment his entire life. he's good but i think there are plenty of racers out there that deserve the that ride more than logono, i think i'll puke when he eventually obtains stuarts ride

You have to impress someone before you can get a good ride. He's impressed me. I think he can race better than half the Cup drivers plus he can handle himself on camera. That fact in itself is more than you can say for even the most experienced drivers. Sometimes I just wish that drivers would accept the fact that it is in their job description to speak on camera. If they don't like it find a new career. I get sick of drivers whining on camera.

In the looks department, he kinda reminds me of Adam Petty.

In the nickname* department, he needs to slap Randy LaJoie silly.  Never mind, LaJoie's already silly.  lol

So far so good.  And of course he is cocky.  he has a right to be.  He's only 18!!!  plus all the greats were cocky., or arrogant, or snide, or mouthy...whatever.  I am glad.  he is 18 and still has a pair...

Give him a few years.  Then he will still win races but be a NASCAR parrot like some of the other drivers.

And the remark he said about being in the back of the pack with garbage...he was talking about his ill handling car not the drivers.  Give the kid a break.

Joey A Smart Kid, He Has Potential. Joey Like Every Rookie Has An Attitude Problem. When He Comes Up With The Big Dogs Joey Will Change His Attitude Real Quick! Based on one statement he gave a few weeks ago when he had a bad finish, something to the effect of "I dont like driving in the back of the pack with the garbage", I absolutely cant stand him. He is an 18 year old cocky punk, who needs to get slapped silly so he can grow up a little bit. You dont go make comments like that in your 2nd or 3rd Nationwide Race, and disrespect a third of the field in the process. I do think that he is a very talented driver, and will have great success in Nationwide, and he will have great success when he makes it to the Cup full time. But if he doesnt grow up very quickly, he is going to make enemies at every level he races in. If he made a comment like that at the end of a Cup race, he would be spun out the next race by some of the "garbage" he was referring to.

Cocky... yes, but he is a race car driver most are cocky! I would rather him be cocky than a drone like most others. He will cool off after he has been around for a while and experiences what it is like to struggle with a bad car, the so called garbage... It may be garbage, but alot of us would love to be driving it!

Not sure. I have watched a few of his races and I think He is somewhat cocky. He is a young rookie driver on his way to success. I would not be suprised if we see him in Sprint Cup Series in 2 or 3 years. But I think he has alot to learn before that.

I don't like him but i don't hate him yet. My opinion might change later but as of right now, he seems to be pretty good and i think he will succeed in cup. I don't think commentators praise him no where near as much as Dale Jr though.  It seems like people hate people who win and like people who don't win.  I don't have either side, but i wouldn't base my opinion until maybe a little later. He is 18. Everyone at his age are usually cocky acting.  Hopefully he will grow up eventually.

I see him as a younger Kyle Busch, which sucks. I hate how these drivers have talent, but then they have these huge egos and go around basically saying "I can wreck others because I am superior but if I get wrecked, all h**l will break loose."  Both Kyle and Joey have skill, they both need to be slapped around. God I wish Dale Sr, or BP was still here to teach them a lesson or two. So for now, I don't like Joey, who knows though.

At first I just liked him because of all the hype plus I needed someone else other than Brad to cheer for in the Nationwide series.

That kid's a jerk. He'll finish 2nd and be disappointed and he's got a weird smile. Plus he's the reason Keselowski didn't win Milwaukee. And I am sick of the broadcasters acting like he's the new Richard Petty.

Real driving talent, but very arrogent.  He will get even cockier as he has winning equipment in the Busch series.  Then he'll get to Cup and get his **** handed to him, but not enough...

Yeah!  I totally agree, he's got a lot to learn, but shouldn't we wait to form an opinion?  I mean he's only 18 (just a baby), I know he's said/done things that aren't great, but shouldn't we give him the benefit of the doubt?  We all say/do things that we're not proud of when were all excited, I feel certain, he's gonna look back on the things, he has said/done, and regret it.  

I think I'm gonna wait, make my opinion later, see what happens with this kid...

As far as my opinion, the jury's still out on Joey, it takes me a long time to make a solid opinion about drivers.

He is cocky but how many of you at 18 acted 100% like an adult? Give the kid a break. He will grow up and mature and be great! All the Nascar greats were cocky at one time or another in their career and matured. Bash him if you like...just realize that whether you cheer him or boo him your making him popular.

I don't like him because it seems he is turning into another Kyle Busch and has a huge ego. A few weeks ago (I'm sorry, but I can't remember the track) he nudged Brad Keselowski and caused him to have a fender rub. I hate drivers that will wreck other drives to win. I haven't paid attention to any of his interviews though.

He's a little cocky but how do you really feel? LOL  I do agree that he has been in the best car in the Nationwide series but I do not know anything about his equipment prior to that.

i think joe logano is cute......... he is only 18 give him time and he will come around..... all drivers start off cocky...... joe is a good driver and will be the best someday do not be so quick to judge.........!
