Whats your opinion on the Bret Favre Situation?

Personally ive lost all respect for the guy. He used to be a legend to me, and I think he needs to just retire and bow out!!! Go out a legend instead of an old guy who ends up getting hurt.

I agree, I am a huge Green Bay Packer fan and was a Brett Favre fan. I have been very disappointed in his behavior throughout this whole coming back from retirement media circus. I wish Aaron Rodgers and The Packers a great season. Green Bay is a class act and will rise above all the controversy. Aaron Rodgers has acted professional through out and I look forward to him leading our team to the playoffs.

It's an ugly situation that really needs to go away.  Brett needs to work out a deal with the Jets or Buccaneers, or decide to stay retired.  But it needs to happen sooner rather than later.  Right now, he's a distraction for the Jets, Bucs, and Packers.

he wins games, always has and always will... A lot of people think he is being selfish, but they have to understand NFL franchises have no loyalty and s***w players all the time... Just look at montana, who has given the 49ers championships and years of service and he was out of a job there with the snap of a finger...

I'm all for it.. Let him go. If he wants back in greenbay and they don't want him.. So be it. Get what you can..Finish already..............

Favre is the one who left.  The Packers didn't retire on Brett.  He retired on them forcing them to make other plans.  They spent the whole off season building a team around a different qb. I don't know of any other job that you can quir and then demand the job back months later when they have already hired your replacement.  Brett was a great qb but he is being childish.

This is becoming a weak and overrated story (thanks ESPN) and I'm so tired of it.  I don't care what happens, where he goes, or anything else that has to do with this tool!
