Whats your opinion on this libra/cancer match?

ok, i have read all the things about libras and cancers not being a good match. well I'm asking your opinion on this. i'm a cancer and im in love with a libra. we talk constantly. i know pretty much everything about him and he knows the same about me. we hardly ever run out of things to talk about. we have been through a lot together. so far we have made for almost two years. we arent together. its complicated. but we talk for hours everynight/everyday and when we are together its just like its just us. he cares for me deeply and cant stand to see me hurt. we have been together before and both agreed that the best for our relationship was to grow closer. well we have had our arguments but we always so far have ended up working it all out before the night is over. im not your usual cancer, im very social, to a certain extent. so what do you think about this match?

honey, its very bad...Unfortunately..am saying this.. but really it happens to me...I was in a relationship with someone( libra sign) & am cancer... maybe its good at the beginning but it becomes more wors than I can imagine..

it might work.

but there is this think about water and air signs in relationships.

It will seem like a good pair at first, but emotional cancer won't be able to under free spirited libra

For Cancer: Your mood swings are far too upsetting for the Scales. Libra needs harmony and a variety of entertainment which really isn't your style or your intent. You create melodrama at an emotional level and would prefer to stay at home where it's safe and secure.

For Libra: This is not the best match. The moody Crab is just too difficult for you to handle. You need to surround yourself with positive individuals who will create a harmonious environment.

This match is pretty much doomed from the start. You want emotion and lots of communication. Meanwhile, he is looking for someone to provide an intellectual connection. So he'll be trying to talk about the universe, when all you want to do is kiss! That will be very frustrating. Because of the many differences in your basic natures, you won't really "get" what each other is all about. It's almost impossible to establish a real connection in this match. Not a great love match for you.

What starts out with a bang may, unfortunately, end with a sputter. Things are glorious in the beginning, with plenty of affection and attraction. Problem is, Cancer girl has a much different thought process than Libra boy, and that's when the trouble begins. She wants coziness and commitment, and that may scare Mr. Libra, who is more likely to act with his head rather than his heart...

BTW me being a Libra, Cancer's bore us very easily. We are nor too excited when we are communicating with a Cancer woman. We wont tell you this or show it, but we do not have a lot of interest in what you talk about because we have two different needs! But I still say give it a shot. Any sign will work...just some take more work and some just don't think alike..that's why they are less compatible.....

I'm a cancer and I think it's best we stay friends with libras. I dated a libra once and we were the same way talked for hours but in the end I personally have a very low tolerance level for certains situations and that drove us apart.

You should get a compatibility chart to see whether your charts are harmonious.

Whatever is said by me or others shouldn't really matter if you two care deeply about each other.  We all get something from a relationship.  

I'm a Libra and like to debate, but I find that they can get pretty intense with Water signs and end up being arguments rather than a play on differences.  I don't like the constant falling out and making up.  I would rather be with someone I can laugh with at the end of the debate with no residual anger.

Just one thing, I may get a lot of flack for this, but Libras don't tend to care too deeply.  We do become very impassioned about our beliefs, especially if we find someone else being treated unfairly. But we have a detached air about us when it comes to emotions.  We don't like to hurt others, but we can turn off the emotions quickly.

I'm a Cancer who was in love with a Libra once. We had a very dramatic affair filled with long intellectual talks, passionate love making, and a lot of fun!  He had a Taurus Rising and I had a Sagittarius rising so it kind of worked itself out. (I think other aspects in your chart will tell you if it will work or not)

I was madly in love with him, but I found out the hard way that Libra's love to be in love and they have all type of different levels to their love. They are complicated when it comes to love (I find this more true among the male Libras then the female all my Libra female friends tend to be pretty loyal to their mate including my mother).

So I say that there it could work, really it could. Get your charts done so you can see what other aspects there are so you can understand each other better.  I think you're doing the right thing by being friends first, how you start is how you finish. Best of luck to you.
