  1. Plan ahead:

if they have fastpasses-get them ahead of time and come back.. my favorite rides are big thunder mountain...nemo.... go through the brochures and pick out the rides, and plan out the route u will go on on ur park map... makes it go quicker.. hit the popular rides first.

  2. Okay, that's a lot of questions, but hopefully this helps.

First, try to get a map of the two parks ahead of time so that you have an idea of what you want to go on... in other words, what are your priorities.

One of the biggest things to remember about getting the most out of your visit is time management.  Some things to consider (including in planning ahead) is try not to jump all over the park.  Go on attractions that you want to hit that are near each other... don't go walking from one end of the park to the other and back again.  Also, whenever you can, take advantage of Fastpass.  If you're staying near the Resort at a Good Neighbor hotel, or even better, at a Resort hotel, get there early (take advantage of early entry if you're staying on property) and do as much as you can.  Perhaps go back to your hotel to recharge for a couple hours in the middle of the day and then go back in the later afternoon and stay until closing.  Also, in terms of meals, avoid the peak times... much better to spend your time waiting in a queue for an attraction than in line for food.

Consider the most popular attractions as ones you want to hit early, or hit later in the day.  Even though it opened almost a year ago, the wait for Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage is still pretty long.  As it's been very warm lately, plan on long waits at Splash Mountain as well.  And Space Mountain generally always has a good sized wait.

Could go on, but hopefully this is a good start for you... have a great time!
