Whats your thoughts on the moose that was shot in calgary?

Okay so there was a moose that was shot in calgary last week and i am just wondering what people thoughts are on it? He wandered into calgary and officials were trying catch him and after hours of failing they just shot it.

There seems to be no shortage of moose there. The moose headed for the airport reminds me of an old SAC Air Force base in Maine, where shooing the moose off the field was all too routine. A moose on the tarmac does not make for a happy landing of an airplane.
