Can you please tell me your favourite beauty secret??

For example; Supermodel, Miranda Kerr, drinks Tahitian Noni Juice, she says she has been drinking it since she was 14 years old.

  1. Vaseline on chapped lips... it does wonders!

    - water, eat right. If you dont have to be a health freak like models you can have one day off every week, pig out.

    - exercise enough

    - put on something with SPF at least 15 everytime you go out (it might not give u a immediate effect but you'll be thankful you did this when you hit 30)

    - mineral make up, so it doesnt clog the pores nor give u pimples

    hmm what else..I like my Dior perfume-deodorant lol ummm dont use anything with hot iron on your hair too much. during the days that you do,make sure you put conditioner and if you want +mask after you wash your hair. btw Ojon is good, kinda pricey, but real good, makes your hair shiny and very soft. Giselle uses it.

    oh! body lotion every single day & lipbalm/chapstick. Scrub once a week. what else..yea thats about it I think

  5. i take sugar(white) and add a LITTLE water to it and make a mush..then i scrub the sugar mush on my face, hands, arms..whereever

    it makes ur skin soft :)

  8. Take really good care of your skin. You will need barely any makeup. Lots of water too.

  10. i no it sound silly and every one says it but 8 glasses of water a day really does work im known for my baby skin cuz i never get spots! = ] Have A carrot  a day and a tub of ben and jerrys ice cream every wednesday!<---im not to sure about the last one but it deffenatly makes me feel happy =P Oh and also exfoliate but only do it the 1st saturday of every month and the 3rd saturday of very month and moisturise like h**l! ;]

    Tone Clease And Mosturise 2 a day

    and  Put Chapstick On Your lips

  12. Make sure you eat fruits daily , if possible 3 colours like

    Red - Watermelon

    Orange- papaya

    Yellow - banana / mango

    I do eat whatever fruit is in season, its fresher that way

    Cleanse using a gentle cleanser

    Tone using alcohol free toner

    Moisturise using oil free if skin is oily

    Using creme if skin is dryer .

    Using sun screen if going out from 10.30 am to 4 pm cause that when the sun is strongest.  The earlier sun rays are good for vitamin D manufacturing through the skin for strong bones.
