ummm i just got my preregistration packet and i was wondering what zero period?

it is a period before school

At my school we give extra help before school so that is zero period.

Our school starts at 7:35 so zero period is 6:55 - 7:30

Most people don't have early bird when they're starting middle school

Homeroom, my schedule has the same thing, except it just says homeroom, not period zero.
