what time should i go to bedd on a schoool night if im 14 and gonnna be a freshman. i have to be up by 5:10 at the latest. thanks!! =]

  9. wow. i'm about to be a freshman too and it sucks for me because i sleep like around 3 and i have to get used to sleeping early, but i think you should probably get used to sleeping early like around 9. that way you can get the hang of it, then when school starts, you can sleep a little later cause you won't be that tired, EDITT:you'll be used to waking up early. also, you can also sleep a little later, like instead of waking up at 5:10 you could probably wake up at 5:20 once you've got your time down.

  14. How ever late you think your body can handle. I would say eleven because i'm about that age and i need at least 5 1/2 - 6 hours a night to function properly. All bodies are different so try and test out going to bed at certin times to get a feel of what your like.

  17. if yuo need sleep for 8 hours, 10pm athe latest.  I would suggest a bit earlier for you to have time for youto wake up fully.  if you need more sleep, an earlir bedtime would be appropriate (physical sports athletes in training for example).  However, if you are like me, you might nt need 8 hours, and 6 or 7 will do for you, so a bit later won't hurt you.

  18. I had the same problem. I went to bed between 10 and 11, 11:30 at the latest. Any later then I would sleep through my alarm, and be really cranky in the morning. You need plenty of sleep and going to bed ANY later wouldn't be good for your health.

    I usually am in bed by 10 but i dont fall alseep until like 11:30

    it we want to get all technical about how teens should get nine hours of sleep then you would have to be asleep at 8:00.

    when i had to wake up at 5 for school i went to bed at abot 10 and no later than 10:30 and i was never tired. you need at least 8 hours of sleep so the best time would actually be 9. i find it best to set your alarm for an hour before you get up then you can just lay in bed for an hour and for some reason you aren't that tired. good luck

  26. haha i was a freshman last year and like i thought i could handle going to bed after 11(i had to wake up at 5)...well i was wrong

    i would suggest going to bed no later then 9:30 if you need alot of sleep at night!

  27. i m the same age. cool. i usually sleep at 9 or 9 thirty with an alarm set. it works for me. but im still a lil groggy.
