What’s the best way to get my art into galleries?

I was considering compiling a list of galleries and sending them a CD w/ my portfolio/website information. Any other suggestions?

  1. Get your artist's statement & resume together. They almost always ask for it. Go in and talk to the people in the galleries. Get to know them.
