Whay Does OR mean in the Olympics?

In the olympic i saw wr and or i know that wr means world record but what does or mean?

The record that was made AT the olympics, WR means like anywhere at any event, any time, any place. But OR means it was AT an olympics, so basically the best time or score in olympics history for that particular event.

they usually put this up to signify a new world record or a new olympic record.
