Whay are people SO lazy and dirty in public places?

Take a carpark for example... its ridiculous- people will do ANYTHING not to have to walk just a few metres further. They will circle around and around past perfectly god parks to try and find one just a 'little bit closer' because those extra few metres will apparently be too tough to- walk, yes thats right folks- two feet and a heart beat.

THEN, they come out of the shops with a trolley, look around, see that the trolley bay is a whole ten metres away (oh my gosh not THAT far) and so leave their trolley precariously positioned in a place that means the next poor someone else has to get out of their car to move it to get into the car park .

Next, consider the public toilet. My question to you is WHY and HOW the h**l?- can a public toilet end up with toilet paper on the floor, p**s everywhere but IN the toilet, sometimes even poo and blood, used sanitary pads hanging half out the sanitary unit with zero ethics or morals or consideration about who has to look at that... my god.

First, it should be "Why."

It's the community thing. Community comprises of people with different attitudes and traits. You're statement failed to indicate that only "some" people have such disgusting traits. There are still people (like you perhaps) that are well disciplined. But can be lessen if the community will implement rules strictly.

YOU KNOW PROZY, I'VE BEEN THINKING THE SAME THING FOR MILLIONS OF YEARS. HUMANS ARE JUST FRIKKIN' SLOBS.

I have to totally agree with you on this one. My wife actually hates to go in women's public rest rooms because of the way they leave them. And she says that other women had rather squat on their feet than set on the seats. I just read an article about women putting their hand bags on the filthy restroom floors when they use the facilities and then think nothing of setting them on the restaurant table where they are setting. I use to think women were cleaner and neater than us men but I have never seen men squat on their feet on toilet seats----yet. And don't even get me started about parks. We live a block from a nice park and I walk my dog there twice a day.  People park there day and night and litter the streets with fast food wrappers, disposal diapers, pop and beer bottles, condoms, etc. And the park is in an affluent neighbor hood with new $200,000 brick homes yet! I would hate to see what a run down neighborhood park would look like in this town. They probably call it the city dump!

I live in a small suburb in the southeastern United States and I haven't experienced such filth. We respect others and strive to do the right thing.  I am sorry that you have to deal with such.... where do you live btw.. it doesn't sound like anywhere I would want to live.
