  1. unocal 76 was the fuel supplier for major racing like nascar in the U.S. for a long time and if you look at vintage stock car racing you will see the bottom of the fuel cans also have the 76 on them.nascar terminated their relationship with the 76 and in 2004 they renamed their fuel "proclean".the signs are still up because every one who is a little older still associates it with racing
