Wheat Grass recipes?

Question

I'm wondering if there are any other ways to consume wheatgrass,other than blending it into shots.I dont own a juicer,yet,so I'm lookinh for something other than Wheatgrass Shots.Any ideas?

I know you can't cook it - it would kill the enzymes.

Hey, you could freeze it! ::

1 qt vanilla yogurt

2 cups diced summer fruit

3 shots wheat grass juice

1/2 cup crushed salted peanuts

Place thinly on cookie sheet on foil and let freeze solid and cut into strips. Place strips in empty yogurt containers. Voila!
