Wheel Cylinder Brake keep popping out of place?

Question

i replaced the Wheel Cylinder for the rear brake, and pads, and bleed the brakes, but after all the air is out and i have already flush the system.

when i test my brakes, the left cylinder's rubber boot popped out of place, so i replace it, and bleed ,and test, now my right cylinders boot popped out of place

what is going on??

any ideals?

"Sounds like you tested it with "The Drums Off?" (Over Extension, Yeah! One side at a time.)

Put the drums on (use at least one lug nut) and bleed again.

You have not adjusted the brake shoe clearance properly and the wheel cylinder is taking too long a stroke. Better get some help on adjusting clearance.

You did have everything back together before bleeding right?
